Celebrating the launch of Nuggets of Wisdom: our Instagram Live Series to Build Collective Resilience

Together, we are creating a space where wisdom meets action: a space to explore how we build collective resilience in a grounded, meaningful way.
Once or twice a month we open a space to allow the emergence of our collective wisdom. A series of live sessions on our Instagram channel @inner.cultural.transition to explore, with people from the Transition Movement and allied networks/organizations, how we cultivate collective resilience in a grounded, practical, and meaningful way. Not just inspiration: tools, everyday actions, and shared paths to regenerate ourselves, our communities, and the earth we inhabit.
We decided to launch this series of live events because we feel that the pace of the world is continuing to pick up, when what could support us to be grounded and clear to take good decisions which build resilience is to slow down and to go deeper. Resilience is not about enduring; it is about reweaving relationships: with time, with the land, with memory, with those we walk with, and with who we are. In each encounter, we seek to build bridges between theory and practice, between tradition and the present, between the intimate and the collective. We want each conversation to leave a seed that you can plant, hopefully on the same day. Reflecting the diversity of our communities, we’re hosting conversations in different languages that are later available as recordings and translated with subtitles on the TNi Youtube channel.
Kicking Off the Journey
Our first gathering took place on August 13th with the theme "Back to Natural Time." It was an invitation to remember a simple and powerful truth: time is not linear; it is a living pulse. We talked about ancient calendars, lunar cycles, and seasons, and how we lost—and can re-cultivate—a healthy relationship with rhythms.
More than nostalgia, it was an act of sovereignty: deciding which rhythms we give authority over our bodies, our work, and our relationships. Returning to natural time does not mean “slowing down” for the sake of it; it means aligning action and care, so that doing does not devour what we say we love.

Coming Up: A Walk for Land, Justice, and Memory
Join us on Wednesday, September 10th, for a powerful IG Live from Scotland: This three-week journey through the Scottish Highlands brought together communities walking in acknowledgment of colonial histories, honoring memory, and imagining new futures rooted in justice and cultural regeneration.
This is more than a walk, it’s a form of political and spiritual expression. A reclaiming. A remembering.
- When: Wednesday, September 10
- Time: 3:00 PM (Scotland time)
- Where: Instagram Live @inner.cultural.transition

We’ll speak about land, displacement, healing, and walking as an act of dignity, resistance, and transformation.

How to participate
- Follow us on IG @inner.cultural.transition.
- Invite someone with whom you want to build collective resilience or cooperative processes of conscious action (neighbors, gardeners, schoolmates, collective members).
- Bring a question that can help us go deeper in search of answers during the live session. They don't have to be perfect, but they should contribute to our collective search for good practices that can change us from within.
Stay with us. Each conversation is a thread in a much larger tapestry: one we are weaving together, step by step.
